Every day we receive a number of job applications from different sources. These sources can be through a reference, an HR consultant, or direct applications at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. We shortlist the best applications out of all, basis the specific requirements of the job profile that the candidate has applied for.
Screening the applications is followed by a personal interview of the shortlisted candidates with HR. Those who qualify for the first round are then called for a second round which is a one on one session with the founders of the clinic.
The final & third stage of hiring at Dadu Medical Centre is taking the feedback about the selected candidate from at least two professional references given by him/her specifically in the field of dermatology, which is followed by a professional background check of the candidate with the help of an external agency.
