The following are the terms and conditions under which Dadu Medical Centre operates and provides services to its patients. Before booking any treatment, please ensure that you have read and fully comprehended the terms and conditions.

Appointments and Cancellations

Dadu Medical Centre's skin experts and therapists are all trained and approved in accordance with the clinic's treatment protocols. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call +91-966-772-1501 or +91-981-093-9319 as soon as possible.

We must be notified at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will forfeit the treatment; Dadu Medical Centre will forfeit all discounted offers and your deposit/advance.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. We will make all the efforts to keep your appointment on time. However, if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.

Appointments in clinics are by token system for consultation, hence its advisable to call the clinic or await confirmation from the clinic for the requested appointments. Whereas for treatment also a confirmation from the clinic should be awaited after the request.

Treatment and Course Plans

When a course or treatment plan is booked, it is assumed that the client will complete the course or treatment plan. Dadu Medical Centre will not be held liable for patients changing their minds, and we will not offer any type of refund on these plans unless the client is found to be unsuitable for health reasons in exceptional circumstances. These fees will not be applied to patients who book an appointment from their current value package of treatments.

Suitability of treatment

Prior to any treatment, we will always assess whether it is appropriate for you and likely to be successful. If not, we will explain to you the reasons why. You will only be responsible for the initial consultation fee, if applicable and proceeding for the treatments after the doctor's fair advice.

Liability

Dadu Medical Centre will not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, profit loss), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from or related to the provision of services to patients.

Prior to each treatment, it is the patient's responsibility to provide Dadu Medical Centre Clinic with all relevant medical information. We will not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of the client's failure to disclose such information.

The patient agrees to follow all instructions and/or recommendations regarding the care of a treated area given to them by or on behalf of Dadu Medical Centre. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits Dada Medical Centre's liability for death or personal injury caused by the patient's negligence.

Your right to complain

Dadu Medical Centre strives to provide appropriate, compassionate, and equitable care to all of its patients. If you have a problem with any aspect of your treatment at Dadu Medical Centre, you have the right to file a complaint verbally, by phone, or in writing. If you need assistance filing your complaint, Dadu Medical Centre will gladly assist you.

Dadu Medical Centre may require you to attend an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment during the course of the investigation, if deemed necessary. If you are dissatisfied with this initial attempt at resolution, or if you object to seeing this practitioner, the clinic's Directors will review your case.
